Caroline is fabulous at spotting mistakes, no matter how seemingly minor, and correcting you immediately so you can perform exercises correctly for the upmost benefit. Caroline is also never short of praise when you do things right, which I find immensely encouraging.

Caroline is a delight to be around, very friendly, warm and genuinely caring yet oozes a highly professional, capable, cool demeanor that made me, as a student, trust her implicitly and rightly so. I’ve had a long running injury and some deep set issues with my posture. During our 1:1 introductory session, I found out more about my body and how it really works than I had in a lifetime. And gradually, quietly and carefully, a gentle revolution has been taking place. I have been getting to know myself, and how my body moves and responds.

I have really enjoyed the opportunity to hone my skills and see my progress in the improvers and intermediate classes, a feeling that I can’t remember having as an adult. And above all that, it feels like a treat, a wonderful, indulgent, therapeutic treat for my mind and body (no matter how hard its being worked!).
